Movement, But Make It Fun
It may be my need for variety, or maybe it’s just that I refuse to let exercise feel like a chore, but either way, movement is a non-negotiable for me—six days a week, no excuses—but that doesn’t mean it has to be monotonous. In fact, I think the secret to staying consistent is not doing the same thing every day.
